Stretch tasks
My book Do Penguins Eat Peaches? is a recognition of our times. Busy, fast and distracted. Nobody wants another business book that feels too much like homework. While you can do the stretch tasks dotted throughout the book (you can download them from this page), you can also just read it. My wish is by the end, the important stuff sticks.
-
This stretch task helps you answer the question by identifying what you know, what you think you know and what you need to find out.
-
Make sure your messages are landing with your target audience by asking them a few simple questions.
-
A few suggestions to use in everyday life to strengthen your ‘being wrong’ muscle. It doesn’t have to be painful.
-
This task will help you tap into your people network to find out who you can talk to.
-
A short planning exercise to ensure the research gets done.
-
Try this task to find out your values. It’ll help you make better decisions.
In the last chapter of my book, I give you three ways to make things happen. Helping you go from reading the book to taking action.
These options are not prescriptive and you don’t need to follow them to the letter. Pick ‘n’ mix, amend and tweak as you see fit.
But it’s always better to start with something. It’s how change (however small) happens.
Download all three options below
The Stone
